Marybeth Morrell
With over 20 years of leadership experience managing complex operations, I am well-prepared to serve as a Lower Salford Township Supervisor. My experience includes successfully running healthcare operations in austere and challenging environments, notably overseeing hospitals in Iraq supporting more than 9,000 U.S. Military personnel, State Department officials, and civilian contractors. This role required on the ground expert crisis management, strategic resource allocation, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders under significant pressure. Additionally, my role as a business strategist and solutioning principal for federal, state, and local contracts has equipped me with the expertise to navigate government processes and secure essential resources. Coupled with my proven skills in financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, I am confident in my ability to address township challenges proactively and effectively serve our community's needs.

A resident of Lower Salford Township for most of life, I look forward to the opportunity to serve as your Township Supervisor. Growing up in a large family, I learned the benefits of listening to many different points of view and the value gained by working together. I am a graduate of Souderton High School and Ursinus College with a degree in Economics and have worked as an Accounts Receivable Manager for the last 17 years. I have been lucky enough to be the dad of two wonderful daughters who are working and studying in the areas of Environmental Engineering and Occupational Therapy, also having graduated from Souderton Area High School. I love this community and want your vote for Supervisor on May 20th. Working with you, together we can contribute to the next generation of local residents living and thriving in a community of responsible development while caring for and protecting our environment, and valuing the input, safety, and well-being of all our neighbors.
